Beads = $2.50/12 beads or $24.00 a gross

Feather Boas = $5.50 

All orders for kits and balloons must be paid before the pickup or delivery. Credit cards are preferred over the phone or you can come in 48 hours before. We will not be able to hold in good faith any supplies or guarantee any orders that are not paid within 48 hours of December 31st.

BALLOON PICKUPS & DELIVERIES ON NEW YEARS 

Our deliveries begin on December 30th and is highly encouraged since our deliveries on the 31st are very limited. Our balloons are treated for longer life which means they will float for 2 to 3 days. This is a great option so that you will get a head start on your decorating.

On December 31st ...WE DO NOT OFFER SPECIFIC DELIVERY TIMES !!!

We will offer either an AM delivery, which is reserved for all areas outside of South Philly & you must be at the sight between 9am & 1pm.  For those that choose PM delivery, you must be in South Philly & be at the sight of delivery between 1pm & 5pm. No set times !!!!!!

We reserve December 30th & 31st for BULK balloons only, NO SETUPS!
